How To Set Up Military Email On Personal Computer

READ THIS Beginning!

Access to Army 365 Webmail and Army 365 Teams will just be available through a web browser (preferably Microsoft Border or Chrome) and Will Not be accessible through the Outlook or Teams app on personally owned computers, tablets, or phones.

Exercise NOT use Cyberspace Explorer. Only use Firefox if you have set information technology upwardly for CAC already, which requires ActivClient.

To access Army 365 Webmail, follow these steps:

1. Connect your CAC reader with CAC inserted to your computer. (Reckoner will recognize with an audible ding and icon in the task bar)
2. Open a fresh web browser (Microsoft Edge or Chrome; Firefox only if configured with ActivClient) and go to Regular army 365 Webmail.
3. Enter your @army.mil electronic mail. Select SIGN IN WITH CAC/PIV.
4. Select the Hallmark certificate when prompted.
5. Enter your vi-digit PIN for your CAC.

To access Army OWA Email, follow the below steps:

1. Have you CAC card and CAC reader. (sometimes it works all-time if the CAC card and reader is already plugged-in prior to accessing the website)
2. Army OWA Webmail tin can exist accessed here: https://web.mail.mil/owa/
3. If you receive a "Certificate mistake", " Security Fault" or "site not secure mistake" yous can safely bypass this and continue to OWA postal service.
4. All the same HAVING Issues? Switch browsers to Microsoft Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome.
5. All the same HAVING Bug? Articulate out your cookies and history from the browser (or open a fresh browser, not a new tab).
